Ann McCaskey
Founder + CEO
Ann graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Special Education. She taught for 4 years in Athens & Atlanta - which included a Director role at a private school. Ann's a fan of motorsports, so during that time - she also was a brand ambassador for Supercross & MotoGP throughout the U.S.
After 4 years of teaching, she moved to Austin, TX - where she fell in love with the design-build industry. She worked for a fabricator as the Design Center Manager - helping take their business to an entire new level - in sales and industry relations. While in Austin, she also began acting - which she still continues her love for today.
Eventually, she moved back to Atlanta where she worked for Hyundai L&C USA (HanStone Quartz - U.S. headquarters), as the Social Media & Industry Relations Specialist. Ann excelled at bridging the gap between outside sales and marketing. She managed digital content, which included HGTV & influencer partnerships. Ann also became involved with local associations and took on the NKBA GA Programs Chair role for 2 years, which included traveling with NKBA to KBIS & leading local chapter meetings.
Ann realized how much she enjoyed working directly with clients - so she went back into the field as a Designer Sales Manager (DSM) for Cosentino, covering GA & AL. It was a brand new position for Cosentino, that she had the pleasure of helping bring to life. She utilized social media to network, increase showroom traffic, and increase sales. She also had the pleasure of training other DSM's throughout the U.S. - which helped lead to Ann receiving the first ever, "DSM of the Year" award for her success.
In continuing her love for making a difference and helping others shine, she decided to start The Third Disco & Co. - so she can combine her love of marketing & consulting. She's excited to work closely with you to customize your partnership experience!
Chris Santafemia
Co-Founder + VP
Chris graduated with a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Kennesaw State University. He immediately started his career in the design-build industry as a kitchen designer. During this time, he realized he wanted to gain further field experience. He began working for a fabricator as an Outside Sales Representative. His clients included large retailers, builders, designers, etc.
While working on the fabrication side of the industry, Chris wanted to gain further knowledge working on the manufacturing side. His first manufacturing job was working with Hyundai L&C USA - as an Account Manager. He managed hundreds of accounts, across three states. From there, he took the opportunity to work for one of the worlds largest, surface manufacturers/distributors - Cosentino. After just a few short years as an Account Manager, Cosentino promoted Chris to General Manager. While he was GM, over sales & operations for the Atlanta center - Chris managed over 10 employees throughout two states. During this time, the team did $20+ million a year in revenue.
Chris realized his passion for managing and growing business, so he moved on from Cosentino and started an e-commerce business. He works hard, behind the scenes, to ensure the business runs smoothly and continues to invent + implement new ways to grow the business.
